Itinerary
Day 1 – UK Departure
VIP door-to-door transfer from home to the airport. Overnight flight to Rio de Janeiro.
Day 2 – Arrive Rio de Janeiro
Arrival in Rio and transfer to your beachfront hotel in Copacabana. Time to relax and settle in, followed by a welcome dinner.
Day 3 – Rio de Janeiro Sightseeing
Guided tour including Corcovado Mountain and the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, plus a cable car ride to Sugarloaf Mountain for panoramic city views.
Day 4 – Fly to Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side)
Flight to Foz do Iguaçu. Afternoon visit to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls, experiencing the vast scale and power of the cascades.
Day 5 – Iguazu Falls (Argentinian Side)
Explore the Argentinian side of the falls, including walkways through the rainforest and the dramatic Devil’s Throat.
Day 6 – Fly to Buenos Aires
Fly to Argentina’s capital. Meet fellow travellers and enjoy free time to explore or relax.
Day 7 – Fly to Ushuaia & Board Ship
Flight south to Ushuaia, the world’s southernmost city. Board your expedition ship and meet the onboard expedition team.
Days 8–9 – Drake Passage
Sail across the legendary Drake Passage. Time to attend expert talks, enjoy the ship’s facilities, and prepare for Antarctica.
Days 10–14 – Antarctica Expedition
Explore the Antarctic Peninsula with guided landings and Zodiac cruises (weather permitting). Spot penguins, seals and whales, and experience one of the world’s most remote landscapes.
Days 15–16 – Drake Passage (Return)
Return crossing of the Drake Passage, with time to reflect, relax and enjoy onboard lectures and scenery.
Day 17 – Ushuaia to Buenos Aires
Disembark and fly back to Buenos Aires. Transfer to your hotel.
Day 18 – Buenos Aires Touring
Guided city tour followed by a traditional dinner and tango show.
Day 19 – Depart Buenos Aires
Free time before transferring to the airport for your overnight flight home.
Day 20 – Arrive Home
Arrival back in the UK with VIP transfer home.
